为了加强国际间浮针疗法的交流与合作，发掘、探讨、交流、推广行之有效的针灸疗法，为此世界针灸学会联合会主办、世界针灸学会联合会美国分会协办、北京世界针联浮针中医研究院承办“全球第250届浮针疗法专项国际（美国）班”，现将有关事项通知如下：
In order to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation between the float needle therapy, explore, discuss, exchange, promotion of effective acupuncture, organized by the World Federation of Acupuncture Society, World Federation of Acupuncture Society of America Branch Co, Beijing Floating-Acupuncture Chinese Medicine Research Institute of WFAS hosted "Hold the latest pain therapy - 250 times the global floating acupuncture special International (USA) classes," notified as follows:
一、 1、浮针疗法：
浮针疗法是突破传统针灸理论，是针灸史上的革命，是一种操作简便易学的疗法，用浮针针具特定位置皮下组织扫散以治疗疼痛，由于取效迅速，常快于麻醉，在北美被誉为“神针”，该疗法取效快捷确切，安全。且能取得高效益、高回报。被称为口袋里的医院,“一针在手,走遍神州”。随时随地解决疼痛问题。近年来在国内外推广发展迅速，其简、廉、广、安、无痛的特点，将成为医院各科科室治疗疼痛普及的常用方法。(专利号:ZL 97 1 14318.8 国际专利主分号:A61H 39/08)。浮针疗法是一种侵入性的物理治疗方法，主要运用特制浮针针具为工具。以局部病症为基础，主要是进入浅筋膜层。留针时间长，针具不深入肌层，而是在皮下疏松结缔组织，浮针疗法脱离了经络、腧穴、气血理论与传统针灸学有着很大的差别。这种新疗法可用来治疗全身各部位的一些常见病症。
The floating-acupuncture therapy is classified as invasive physical therapy, with therapeutic tool of one-off floating acupuncture. Based on the localized disease, it requires thrusting acupuncture into peripheral sickness region instead of local sickness region, directed at sickness region along with superficial fascia, mainly subcutaneous loose connective tissue. Compared with traditional acupuncture methods, the floating-acupuncture keep longer treatment time, widely used for pain caused by various diseases.
2、疗效特点 (8个)
2、Efficacy Features (8 items)
(1)主要用于治疗各种疾病引起的痛症；同时对感觉麻木、胀满等感觉异常的病症也有较好的疗效；
(1) Applicable to pains caused by various diseases, as well as paresthesia disorders such as numbness, turgor, etc.
(2)取效快捷，治疗疼痛时，在进针完毕即可收效。这种针到即效的病例可达60%左右，另有35%左右也可在1分钟左右收效，多数患者反馈见效较快，多数患者反馈有效。如果效果不明显，多数情况下是由于针刺的方法或部位不对，需要调针；
(2) Achieve effect quickly. Specifically, symptoms disappear as soon as the acupuncture inserted during treatment of pain, with effective ratio up to 60%. Besides, 35% of patients are effective within 1 minute with speed efficiency above 95% and efficiency up to 99%. If little effect obtained, acupuncture methods or treatment site may be wrong and adjust the needle accordingly.
(3)留针时能保持这种疗效，留针达到一定的时间，一般需要8-24小时，起针后疗效也能维持；
(3) Keep acupuncture to certain time, about 8 to 24 hours generally, so that efficacy can be achieved even after drawing the acupuncture.
(4)急性病需要治疗的次数少，一般1-2次(每天一次)；慢性病需要的次数多，麻木次数更多。一般情况下需3-5次(隔一天一次)。
(4) Acute diseases require less treatment, namely 1-2 times each day (Once a day), while chronic diseases require more treatment, about 3-5 times(Once every other day).
(5)安全无副作用，不但没有药物治疗的毒副作用，甚至因为针体仅在皮下疏松结缔组织，传统针灸引起的断针、弯针等现象也不存在，晕针现象也比传统针刺疗法更少发生。
(5) Safe without side effects. It avoids the side effects of drug treatment, and negative phenomena such as broken needle, looper and fainting, etc.
(6)对软组织伤痛等疾病，有较好的远期疗效；但对恶性肿瘤引起的疼痛、三叉神经痛、老年性的带状疱疹后遗痛等病痛，远期疗效不是很理想，然而也不失为一种很好的止痛方法；
(6) It acquires fine long-term effect on soft tissue pain other than pains including malignancies pain, trigeminal neuralgia, and senile postherpetic pain. However, it is still a good analgesic method.
(7)因为留针期间病人可以自由活动，可以回家，不需要象传统针灸疗法那样在治疗床或椅上留针，所以治疗场所的空间利用率较高；
(7) The patients can freely move around or even return home, different from traditional acupuncture therapy which requires needle retention on treatment couch or chair. So, the space utilization of treatment sites in floating-acupuncture therapy is higher.
(8)费用低，因为采用浮针疗法治疗次数较少，虽然一次的治疗费用要比传统针灸疗法多，但总体上要节省费用。
(8) Cost less. On the whole, it cost lower in floating-acupuncture therapy than traditional acupuncture therapy for the sake of less frequency, in spite of higher treatment costs for once.
3、浮针适应症：各型颈椎病、腰椎病、椎间盘突出症、骨质增生症、腰三横突综合症、腰肌劳损、腰扭伤、强直性脊柱炎、风湿、类风湿关节炎、头痛头晕、三叉神经痛、网球肘、腱鞘炎、肩周炎、多种关节炎、足跟痛、骶髂关节炎、胃痛、胆囊炎、痛经、妇科炎症、慢性阑尾炎、乳腺炎、带状性疱疹、各种结石疼痛，癌症疼痛。
3、Indications:Each type of cervical spondylosis, lumbar, disc herniation, bone hyperplasia, third lumbar transverse process syndrome, muscle strain, lumbar sprain, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, headache, dizziness, trigeminal neuralgia, tennis elbow, tenosynovitis, frozen shoulder, a variety of arthritis, heel pain, sacroiliitis, stomach pain, cholecystitis, dysmenorrhea, gynecological inflammation, chronic appendicitis, mastitis, ribbon herpes, a variety of stones pain, cancer pain.
